Dobby Dobson is a man to be reckoned with; an unpredendented songster and balladeer. I hear the late legendary Sam Cooke, Peabo Bryson and
John Legend crooning in tune with Mr. Dobson.(just to name a few universally romantic artists)

Dear Mr. Dobson,
Roughly two weeks ago I received “Love Songs For Jesus” and I’m really enjoying it. I especially like “(Lord) I Owe You”, “He Touched Me”, “One Day At A Time” & “Jesus Is My Daddy Oh”.
The whole cd is very nice. I played some of your cd for my father and he was really touched by it. He recently had a stroke and he has been depressed lately.
Anyway, thank you for your great music.

I am a 40 year old man living with my kids in Australia. I was born in Guyana, South America. I grew up listening to your music and still remember how your songs made me feel as a kid. I think both my parents loved you music as I did then. I did not express that at the time but I am taking the time to let you know that your music takes me back to my childhood with many special memories. It made me feel good. Dobby Dobson is a gifted artist who uses revolutionary techniques to get the young and the "old" jumping for JESUS. I really enjoyed this video. I could feel the passion. The way you converse about your mother, shows how much love you two had/have for each other and also how well she taught you. Altlhough you deviated from her teachings, you knew enough to go back to basics. The way you feel about mama registers all over you. The emotion is undeniably real/true. Your recent performance at the PlantationUnited Methodist Church MLK Multicultural Committee Concert, were as inspiring as every other performance that I have had the good fortune to attend with you as the star over the past 25 years. You literally saved our show with your inspired offering. I was honored that you chose me to sell your CD's. People are still asking me for them. My only problem is that I have all of them. You must produce a new one soon.
I look forward to your performance at First Baptist of Sunrise on October 13th. I will be priviledged to share the stage with you.
You have to know that you are good when your music took away the boredom of my 3000 mile road trip through the south in June.

It is an honor to have met this Iconic entertainer [at his sold out performance in Toronto] in '06, and to help him and his CLASSIC music get into the motion picture business.
This must be a karmic musical experience,our meeting, as am just entering film myself & I first listened to Dobby's L.P. [remember those]"Sweet Dreams" as a wee lad, from my parent's collection, back in the day...
